Sorry for your experience Tyler, we went ahead and installed a new floor super structure for the floors under the RV and also replaced the door hinges and latches

Errol was vey quick to respond to any messages and was on time to drop off and pick up. I really enjoyed the rv and it was super easy to use with no issues at all. I will definitely be back to rent from Errol again. It drove super smooth all the way to Ocotillo Wells and back.
