Great overall review. I know I even lost a screen and maybe messed up a window latch. Dean very forgiving and never charged me.

Great rental experience! Everything was very clean and sanitized on pick up. Good explanation on use of RV. Very nice travel trailer. Had a ton of fun on our trip.
It was pretty well maintained. Nothing was broken, plenty of extra supplies provided by the owner Such as chairs an outdoor rug charcoal grill and I'm assuming items folks have left behind.. Easy to tow, the anti sway and weight distribution hitch made it pretty simple. Overall great value would rent again.

Great experience. Very flexible and accommodating. I had no concerns renting this rig. Had been a long time since I had been in an RV. I was renting it to see how the kids liked it. They did and I am in process of buying our first RV. Mission accomplished thanks to Dean and his buddy. Aces!
