- Minimum age 25: Orientation will take 1-2 hrs. We will go over all functions, safety features, and safe driving practices specific to this unit. Pick up and drop off hours are flexible.
- No Pets: We do not allow pets due to how easy it is for them to cause upholstery and wall damage by jumping on furniture and scratching at the door when left alone
- No Smoking, Vaping, Drugs, odors. There is no smoking vaping, drugs or other smelly products pr activities allowed inside the coach. We charge an extra 50.00 an hr. for excessive cleaning.
- Returns: Please return our coach in a condition similar to how it was picked up. We don't expect you to deep clean, but please ensure its free of garbage, debris, and cooking spatter
- Safety: No off-road travel, speeding, abusive driving, climbing on the roof, or attaching objects to the vehicle exterior. This vehicle is made for slower travel. No towing without written consent.

Excellent experience. Big Teddy is as advertised. Our 3 year old loved watching TV on our trip to and from Disney. Instructions were clear, communication was excellent, AC was cold!

We rented Big Teddy for a 3 days for a NFL game. The RV was ready to go early in the morning. The owners made it easy for us by having the RV waiting in a parking lot ready to go. Big Teddy came with everything we need onboard and we simply provisioned the RV with whatever food we needed.
Angela and her husband are fantastic hosts! They truly make RVing a breeze with their attentiveness and quick responses to any questions we had. Their RV is not only impressive but also well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
