- No burning man festival (if taken to burning man deposit is non refundable )or mudding type events . Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee applies if evidence is found.
- Treat the RV with care-no illegal activity or climbing on the roof.
- Early/late pick-up or drop-off is possible but may incur extra fees if time is available.
- Dump septic tanks and please return camper or RV swept, dishes washed and put away, garbage removed and counters wiped down. If there is more than 30 mins of extra cleaning required, we may charge you
- Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license. No refunds for early returns.

The van/rv was terrific. Communication with the owner was easy and response very timely! We had a wonderful trip as the van was extremely comfortable and driving was a breeze. Clearly pride of ownership shown through as the van was very well kept!

Natasha and Ricky were amazing hosts - they delivered, Setup and explained the vehicle to my family and in in perfect detail and on time. They were gracious and kind and even gave us some great recommendations for local things to do while we camped for our first time as a family.

The RV was immaculate - which is to be expected once you meet Ricky and Natasha! They run a tight ship and the RV shows it.
PICK UP: Located in a slightly rural location that gives you plenty of time to get to know the RV. Natasha wisely suggested that I video the walk through so I could go back and reference it as needed.
