Santa Barbara California Class A RV Rental Reviews

Absolutely amazing!! Any questions that we had while we were away on the trip, were answered promptly. Very Friendly. The owners worked out a time to accommodate our travel plans. RV was very clean and extra spacious. Definitely will rent from them again!!

Yan was super responsive on the RV share website, but upon meeting him, his English was sub-par which made picking up the RV a bit overwhelming. I had never driven an RV before, so as he rushed through only the very basic operations, I barely understood a thing. He also didn't do a walk-through of the RV showing what was right/wrong with the RV before leaving. Didn't have me sign anything, and just told me he had to leave. I was able to figure everything out, but would have been a better experience had he gone through the features of the van a bit more in depth before taking off. The RV had a bunch of quirks I had to figure out while renting it. One of them being, all kinds of electronics in the RV stay on even when the engine and generators are both off. So I came to find the battery dead after the first night, and when I asked Yan if I could jump it with normal jumper cables he said no, call a service, which I did out of wanting to treat his RV with respect, ending up costing me $200 for a jump. Overall, the RV was great, but the terrible communication has ended me spending way more money than I should've had to spend.

Great RV and we had a awesome time traveling to Grand Canyon and back. Eduardo and his father made everything easy and gave us a great deal. Hope to do this again soon!!

My whole experience was excellent, Erich was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. He had a solution for any problems or questions that I had. His RV is very clean and well kept, I was worried about renting out somebody elses 12 year old RV, I like things very clean.... but this was wonderful. Clean and like new. Was very well appointed and stocked with everything you could possibly need.
