This is the perfect family to rent to. They were communicative and asked questions when needed. They brought the RV back exactly the same way it went out as if they owned it themselves. Would definitely rent to them again!

I am sorry you are unhappy with the service we provided. The side of the bedroom floor that was damaged was not the side that was already damaged. As you and I discussed after getting the RV back the water was coming from the slide out because it had just been detailed....
