This is the perfect family to rent to. They were communicative and asked questions when needed. They brought the RV back exactly the same way it went out as if they owned it themselves. Would definitely rent to them again!
Infelizmente a locação com o RV de Matt teve alguns problemas , na recepção quem nos mostrou o RV foi seu Tio e a orientação dos procedimentos na RV foram muito falhas , apesar do Tio de Matt ser muito legal e atencioso.
Was scammed for 1000.00 dollars from this rv owner. The owner was claiming damages that were not caused my me or the people I was in the RV with. Example when I picked up the RV we were told that floor in the bedroom was damaged and was a told that by the owner and was aware of the issue. And some how I’m being charged for that???

I am sorry you are unhappy with the service we provided. The side of the bedroom floor that was damaged was not the side that was already damaged. As you and I discussed after getting the RV back the water was coming from the slide out because it had just been detailed.
Matt was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Great RV if you're looking to rent would highly recommend!
