We had a mishap the day we rented. We had to return back home the same day and returned the Rv the next morning. Victor mentioned he would refund us for the remainder of the days. He did not refund us for the unused days but said he would not charge us for the mileage.
The drive is noisy and rough due to the size of the tires. It makes for a long drive and would recommend shorter distance trips.

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate you lost your bikes during the trip. You had mentioned the drive was perfect and the RV drove well. I am suprise to hear you say it was noisy.
As for the refund, I am so sorry that I couldn't refund the remaining of the days. Unfortunately RV wouldn't refund their charges and were charging for the full rental.
What a joyful first road trip in a RV! Thanks to Victor and his mighty Axis our tour (LA-Grand Canyon-Monument Valley-Antelope-Zion-Las Vegas-LA) was an absolute pleasure.

Victor and charity made our first rv experience so easy and left us ready to plan then next one! Being that this was our first time being in an rv, V&C made YouTube videos on how to use every feature inside and out. If we had a question we would refers back to those videos, but they were always a text away! There’s room for 8/9 people comfortably however only 3 beds that sleep 2 each.
