Filtered potable water is changed prior to each new rental. Both Black Water holding tanks for Toilets will have been treated prior to new rental. Please return the RV in the same clean condition that it was received in-order to avoid any cleaning fees.

Excellent host who goes above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Couldn't recommend a better host to book a reservation through.
Howard was very transparent over a small issue that was being fixed on the RV. He made sure he got it fixed and got it back in time in time for our family trip. When we met he did a full walk around and showed me how everthing worked. And it was a great experience once we got the rig. And the return was smooth.
