Wallowa Lake State Park

Inside Wallowa Lake State Park

Use the boat ramps to launch your boat into Wallowa Lake. Paddle your canoe in this lake’s calm waters or go water skiing. The lake is also a fantastic place to visit in the winter when you can go ice fishing. Use this park’s hills and trails to go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Grab some friends and reserve a shelter for a special family reunion or party.

Outside Wallowa Lake State Park

There is a special event happening almost every weekend in Joseph, Oregon, including extreme dog races, fiddler contests, quilt shows, antique tractor shows, and numerous livestock shows. How to Get to
Wallowa Lake State Park

It is easy to get to this state park from Joseph, Oregon. Start by following OR 351 S and go south. Continue straight to get on Power House Road. Turn a slight right onto Bailey Road and a slight left onto Bailey Lane. Turn right onto Reserve Road, and you will reach the park.
