- If the camper requires professional cleaning, smells like smoke, has any damage (including pet damage), those costs will come out of the $500 security deposit. Missing items will be deducted as well.
- We will not rent or deliver the camper if inclement weather is in the forecast. If that happens, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM so we can clean and prep for the next guests. A $50 late fee will apply for late check-outs.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE CAMPER.
- Please close awning during wind or storms. No unauthorized repairs or modifications. Contact us first if something breaks.
