Camper is fully stocked with linens such as sheets, pillows, towels, washcloths. We do ask you to bring your own blankets, we have quick turn around times and it makes it a lot easier. Kitchen is stocked with pots&pans, strainer, utensils, cutting boards, cooking utensils. We don't supply toiletries and food. I do have seasoning and coffee with creamer stocked.

- -No parties, festivals, rodeos, and/or concerts - no pets or smoking - Dishes need to be cleaned and put back - If camper requires more of a deep clean, it will come out of your deposit.
- If rain and/or wind approaches the awning needs to be retracted back into place, as well as outdoor kitchen being closed up.
- If kids are staying in the camper, there needs to be 1 adult (25yr or older) staying in the camper with them. Kids can't stay by themselves in the camper.

Camper will come with a key fob, if the key fob is lost or broken renter will be charged $100 for a replacement.
Awning has to be retracted into place if rain or wind was to appear, if it is damaged it will be deducted from your deposit (price will vary depending on damage).

The RV was super clean and well stocked. Trey was so easy to work with. He delivered the trailer and set it up, so we just showed up and enjoyed the experience. Would definitely rent from Trey again!
