Fully furnished, tv and dvd player in master bed, 3 seasons camper (great for all weather). Has outdoor lighting and canopy and some games and movies for entertainment. Larger TV with soundbar in main living space with antennae and smart TV capabilities. We use it for personal use so all the amenities are kept in it. Outdoor chairs, zero gravity chairs, Keurig. Outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower.

- Wind over 5-10 by forecast the awning must be retracted, any rain the awning must also be retracted along with the outdoor kitchen being closed and secured
- Any children under 18 staying must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older at all times. Children not to be left alone for any reason at all times

Awning has to be retracted into place if rain or winds above 5mph. Awning to only be used when present and retracted at night. If it is damaged it will be deducted from your deposit. (Price will depend on the damage)
