- No Towing by Renter Trailer will be delivered, leveled, and completely hooked up by the owner. The renter is strictly prohibited from moving or towing the trailer under any circumstances.
- Only RV-Safe Toilet Paper (No Wipes or Feminine Products) Only use the provided RV-safe toilet paper. A $250 clogging fee will apply if the system is backed up.
- Cleanliness & Tank Return Expectations The RV should be returned in a generally clean condition (dishes washed, major trash removed). A $75 cleaning fee will apply if RV is dirty.
- Please do not plug high-wattage personal appliances (like air fryers, space heaters, or electric griddles) into the indoor outlets. Please use an outdoor generator outlets for heavy equipment.
- Thermostat Settings: Do Not Drop Below 70°F The air conditioner thermostat must never be set below 70°F (21°C). Keep all windows and doors closed while the A/C is running.
