Delivery and setup are available for any location within our 150-mile range. We specialize in 'turn-key' stays; we’ll position the unit, extend the slides/awning, and manage all hookups. Please ensure your site offers a level pad (concrete or gravel preferred) and specifies if it is 30-amp or 50-amp service. For stationary rentals on private property, please confirm the ground is firm enough to support the RV's weight to prevent sinking.

- 1. No Smoking or Vaping Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit. If the smell of smoke is detected upon return, a professional deep-cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.
- 2. Site Requirements: Renter must ensure the site fits a 37ft trailer and has 30 or 50-amp electric, water, and sewer. We cannot refund if the site is inaccessible or lacks proper utilities.
- 3. Cleaning Policy: Please leave the unit tidy, dispose of all trash in campground bins, and wash used dishes. Excessive messes requiring deep cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- 4. Plumbing Care: Only provided RV-safe TP may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or food scraps down the toilet or drains to prevent clogs and damage to the tank system.
- 5. Pet Rules: No cats please. Pets must be crated if left alone. Please clean paws before entry. Any damage or excessive pet hair/odor will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
