We rented Nicole's RV for use at Joshua Tree Music Festival. It was easy to communicate with her before, during and after. The RV was dropped off at the venue for our use on time. They had the refrigerator turned on so all our groceries could be loaded in and kept cold immediately. The AC worked great the whole weekend and kept us comfortable. We did not use the stove or microwave.
