- No pick up available, we offer a deliver only rental. Take a load off and let us drive it to you and setup for you! We will also pack up and clean it up for you too!
- If anything other than the RV-specific toilet paper (provided) ends up in the tanks, a fee of $500 will be assessed. (see agreement for further details)
- Please avoid letting food go down the kitchen sink, as there is no garbage disposal. Any damage caused by excessive food buildup may result in additional charges.
- Sleeps 7 comfortably. A maximum of 10 guests is allowed, and any additional guests must be approved by the owner in advance. Guests exceeding 7 will incur a fee of $40 per person, per stay.
- Smoking is prohibited in the rental. A $800 smoking fee will be assessed if rental is returned with smoke odor and/or evidence of smoking inside.

Erika was absolutely amazing to rent from. The RV was spotless and pristine and I literally have the worst case of OCD you could imagine. It was perfect for me and my family.
