The RV was wonderful! Comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and has a great layout. Alberto was so helpful and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing trip and was flexible and generous with a few of our needs. We had the RV delivered to a lake location and delivery and pickup were so easy, thanks to Alberto. Thank you again!
We had a wonderful experience renting from Alberto! He was so helpful and responsive in all communication prior to our trip, he delivered the trailer to our campsite promptly, it was just as described and very clean and functional, and he picked it up right on time as well. Alberto was amazing! Drop off and pick up were a breeze. This was our first time renting an RV and his first time renting it out. There were small issues which he took care of IMMEDIATELY. He went out of his way to be sure everything was set for our family. He went above and beyond. And, his communication was top notch! The trailer itself was great! It had everything we needed and more.
