This was the worst experience I've ever encountered. The TV and AC did not work and the Host was no help, she referred me to call roadside assistance which I did and was a dead end. The lack of communication was unprofessional, she did not return any of my calls nor apologized for the inconvenience when dropping off the RV. I will never use RVShare or this host, ever!
We do apologize for any inconvenience you had during your trip. We tried for several hours to help you remotely on the A/C, you indicated the A/C was working in the main living area but not in the back bedroom. This unit only has one A/C and we instructed you to open the vents in the back bedroom and close the vents in the living area to redirect the cold air to the back.
Our experience with Molly and her RV business was excellent. Molly was always available to answer any questions and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We thoroughly enjoyed the RV and are eagerly looking forward to planning another trip with them. Thanks a lot, Molly and team!
Overall, a great experience for new renters! Molly was able to switch out our RV with a substitute on pickup day due to a problem with the original RV rental. We had a wonderful vacation. I would suggest an easy troubleshooting guide for what to do when problems arise and cell service is spotty. We were lucky to have a knowledgeable friend with us to help us figure it out.
