Prior to renting this RV I read all the reviews left by other customers. Everything said was exactly what my son Shane and I experienced. Bertha was exactly what we were looking for and certainly cannot say enough good things about Chuck. Bertha was easy to drive and had all the amenities to make our trip comfortable. Our trip down memory lane could not have been better.

Trip of a lifetime! Big Bertha was a wonderful experience. Everything we needed for a two week trip around Wyoming. Chuck was so helpful with any questions. Loved, loved the Murphy bed. So comfortable! Easy hook ups and spacious camper. We miss you Bertha!!

This was a great rental experience. Chuck went out of his way to provide a clean and safe RV. He showed us newbies how to work all the switches and hoses. Whenever we had a problem, he was just a text or phonecall away with help and suggestions. Full supply of towels and linens and a really comfortable bed.
I highly recommend renting from him!

Our family had a fantastic experience with Bertha! This was our family's first trip with an RV but Chuck's thoroughness during the pickup and prompt responses for the few times that we needed to reach out during the week really helped settle any nerves we may have had during our trip.
This was our families first experience renting an RV and Chuck and his wife were wonderful. Showing us how everything works in the RV and being available at any hour if we had questions. We were in a remote location in the mountains with zero hookups and their water tank and generator were plenty for our family of 5. Would highly recommend renting their RV!
