This was a great rental experience. Chuck went out of his way to provide a clean and safe RV. He showed us newbies how to work all the switches and hoses. Whenever we had a problem, he was just a text or phonecall away with help and suggestions. Full supply of towels and linens and a really comfortable bed.
I highly recommend renting from him!

Our family had a fantastic experience with Bertha! This was our family's first trip with an RV but Chuck's thoroughness during the pickup and prompt responses for the few times that we needed to reach out during the week really helped settle any nerves we may have had during our trip.
This was our families first experience renting an RV and Chuck and his wife were wonderful. Showing us how everything works in the RV and being available at any hour if we had questions. We were in a remote location in the mountains with zero hookups and their water tank and generator were plenty for our family of 5. Would highly recommend renting their RV!
We had an amazing 7 day trip in this RV. We could have stayed out for another 2 weeks! RV was better than expected and extremely spacious. Beds were very comfortable. RV also cam with all kitchen, bedding, and bath supplies needed. Chuck’s pre trip training was very thorough and we didn’t need to reach out much during the trip. When we did reach out he responded immediately.
Erika and Chuck were amazing. We rented “Bertha” for 7 days and had an unforgettable family trip. Our kids are 8,5, and 4. We made such great memories. I had never driven an RV before and Chuck took me through everything. A couple of times I had questions during the trip and he responded with in minutes to help. We highly recommend “Bertha” to everybody.
