We are first time Campers. The trailer was very comfortable, clean, and large enough for my wife and I. We stayed at KOA site (that was helpful). Tom was great in orientation and then available by phone at the campsite. He simplified everything for an easy experience. I would recommend Tom and his trailer to anyone interested in a comfortable getaway.
