All I can say is buyer beware. Trailhead RV sent us on a 2K-mile-trip with a defective slide, which they knew was defective. The manual override had to be used to close the slide during orientation, and the representative assured us the manual override was failsafe. However, the slide never reopened once we were on the road even when using the manual override.
This is not an accurate representation of what took place. Every time we send out an RV, we do a 60 minute orientation with the renter so that we can verify that everything on the RV is in working order and teach them how to operate it before they disembark. The slide out on this RV was working properly at orientation and upon the return of the RV.
Great RV!!! Perfect condition and communication was very professional
Pickup and walkthrough were efficient and thorough. The RV was as listed, clean and ready to go. Trailhead was easy to work with throughout the process and helped our family enjoy a wonderful 15 days on the road. I highly recommend them if you are ever in the area.
