- Late Return Policy All campers must be returned by the agreed-upon time stated in the rental contract. A late fee of $50 per hour will be applied for each hour past the agreed-upon scheduled time.
- DO NOT LEAVE AWNING OUT WHEN ANY WINDS ARE PRESENT OR FORECASTED! It happens fast and never intentional. Retract the awning when not in use or wind begins to blow.

Camper was perfect for a family of 4. Camron helped me set up for towing and answered all the questions I had.
Zero issues, camron was awesome and communicated very well. Answered all my questions quickly! Camper was very nice, had some toiletries already but since we bought some too, we decided to pay it forward and leave ours there . He was also very flexible with drop off and pick up times! I would 100% rent from him in the future!
Cameron was a great host and our trip went smoothly
