- -Gas will be full at pickup and should be returned full to avoid a $300 refueling fee.
- -Waste tanks (black and gray) will be empty at pickup and should be returned empty to avoid a $150 fee unless the "Worry Free Return" add on has been selected before the rental.
- -No smoking allowed. Smoking evidence leads to the full security deposit retained for cleaning.
- -Absolutely no climbing on the roof. All damages caused by this will be taken out of the deposit and overage will be charged to the renter.
- -No parties, tailgating or festivals allowed. No towing of vehicles or trailers.

Had a great time vacationing with this unit. We had to spend a little more time inside due to rainy weather, but it was very comfortable. Pickup and dropoff was super easy and had a nice conversation with Mike. Definitely would rent again if in the area. Thanks Hayden and Mike.
Hayden was a wonderful host to work with. The RV was clean and included everything we needed for our trip. The unexpected great was how comfortable the bed is and how well rested we felt every morning. As seasoned campers with our own equipment we chose to try renting an RV to camp while on a long roadtrip.

Hayden was a great host. She deserves five stars on every category. Hayden delivered the motorhome to our campsite and set it up, and then picked it up at the end of our camping experience. I would imagine the pick up experience would also be easy. Hayden explained and demonstrated how to operate every part of the motorhome.
