- No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the RV or within 25 feet. Violation: $500 cleaning fee plus full deodorization charges.
- No pets without prior written approval. Approved pets: $50 fee per stay. Unapproved pets discovered: $250 cleaning fee.
- All drivers must be 25 or older with a valid US/Canadian driver's license and listed on the rental agreement. Unauthorized drivers void insurance coverage.
- Paved roads only. No off-road, unpaved roads, beaches, or driving through standing water. Damage from improper use is fully the renter's responsibility.
