2022 Grand Design - Transcend Xplor 247BH
UPDATE 12/4/24 - The awning was damaged on a previous trip. The trailer is still rentable and is still being booked. In lieu of this, we're supplying a 10'x10' EasyUp canopy in it's place. Replacing the awning has taken much longer than anitcipated. It's looking like the repair will be completed late January/early February. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our family family of 4 loves to unplug and unwind together in our trailer. "The trees are calling, and I must go" is our favorite quote. We've never had a bad time camping (or glamping). We are teachers and our breaks from school are often spent somewhere in the woods. We especially enjoy boondocking where other people are not.

Our RV is parked in our side yard behind a gate. Park your car just outside the gate. We have 30amp service so all onboard appliances are fully functioning, plus water! Only 15 min to Sky Harbor Airport and 20 min to Gateway Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Tempe, 20 minutes to downtown Phoenix, and about 35 min to State Farm Stadium.
