Our rental with Tracey was seamless and so pleasant. We rented her van for a three week trip to Idaho and enjoyed every moment of the experience. The van had more space than we anticipated, it drove smoothly and effortlessly (even in some strong rainstorms), and it was stocked with all the amenities we needed.
Tracey and her husband were great to work with for scheduling and communication. The camper was custom built by her husband and was easy to drive around for touring, and met our needs for camping!
The bed is the length of the width of the van, so my 5’10” husband just fit. I think people taller than that might be cramped.
The solar power is cool!
Tracey and Jeff were very professional and informative when showing the features and amenities of the van at pick up. The van fit our young family perfectly. We did a trip “out west.” Traveling from Decorah, IA, my wife and I took our kids to the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devils Tower, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Big Horn & Cody WY. Then back home.
Tracey and Jeff are just wonderful. They spent all the time that was necessary to acquaint us (first-time van users) with the vehicle. It was sparkling clean, and the mattress was amazingly comfortable. They were accomodating in every way and we would rent this vehicle again in a heartbeat.
