This was the first time dealing with Chelsea and a first time with a motorhome as well.
And we pulled it off with no problems what so ever. She is fair and honest. Omar explained everything thoroughly. It was only for 2 nights but we had a great time
We rented this RV for 19 days and took a great trip to 8 National Parks. The RV performed well and had plenty of room for us. It is easy to drive and had most of the things we needed. Omar did a great job explaining everything to us when we picked it up and Chelsea was responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend Chelsea, Omar and the RV to others.
This is a beautiful RV and well maintained. The bed is very comfy, the shower and bathroom are nice size, a big mirror in the bathroom and a full-length mirror in the bedroom. Free wi-fi out in the middle of nowhere was a great surprise.
Chelsea was wonderful! The RV had everything we needed along with plenty of storage for all our personal belongings. It was very clean and it was easy to use all the equipment. We are so very thankful!
The RV was very nicely presented and the handover process was excellent. All communications were timely and any questions were promptly answered. Will definitely want to rent again!
