I told them the propane part of fridge wouldn't work so we had to run the generator to not lose our food, then we get charged for overage! Not cool.
We are so sorry you had trouble with the refrigerator during your stay. If you would have called us during your stay we could have showed you how to reset it, but we understand that you may have not have had cell service. We reversed the generator overage charge. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
What a fantastic time we had!! Couldn’t have happened without this amazing RV! Traveling while, cooking, using the bathroom and sleeping!! Fantastic
We had a very nice time renting this RV. Vanessa and Louis were great with communication. The RV itself is very nice and see easy to drive. We had no issues at all. Louis even advised not to worry about dumping the black and grey tanks upon return; which was such a wonderful and unexpected thing as well. I would certainly recommend renting from them.
Vanessa and Luis were great to work with.the Motorhome was great too. Very responsive with questions I had during the rental. I would rent from them again! Great people.
Amazing RV! Easy communication and explanation of everything. Had all the necessities for cooking, and very spacious.
Our family of five had a wonderful experience exploring Arizona in this RV! The kids loved having their own space with the double bunk and overhead bed. The main bed was so comfortable too! We rented the extras (bed linens, towels, camping chairs, ect. which was a great option and all good quality.
