Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- You must empty the black and gray water holding tanks before returning the RV. If any liquid is found in the tanks there will be $150 fee.
- You must fill the gas tank to full before returning the RV. If the tank is not full there will be a fee of $7 per gallon until the tank is full.
- You must vacuum, clean floors, and counters before returning the RV(vacuum and Lysol Wipes will be provided). If the RV comes back filthy there will be a $100 fee.
- You must return the RV by 3pm or before in order to prep for the next renter. Every hour after 3pm there will be a fee of $35 per hour.
