Our unit is nicely nestled on on a concrete pad with 50 amps hooked to our home. Fresh water with filters , and 1000 mbps Internet , Cable TV ,WIFI !!! With in minutes to South Park mall and many other stores. Minutes to 77 and 71 and about a 10 minute ride to Hopkins airport. Great quiet getaway with woods to walk through and enjoy nature.
