The camper was real nice. The only issue we had was the door lock broke which I can’t blame the renter or the rentee. Very good at communicating Drop off and pick up. Was clean. Only problem is it says sleeps 10 and it barely slept six of us. Maybe it sleeps 10 with five of them ...

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- If we deliver the drop off time is 3:00 pm and the pick up is at 9:00 am. Owner has the right to adjust those times if needed.
- The $125 Waste/Dump Fee is only added for sites without septic hook ups. If it has to be taken to Dump station.
- June 29th-July 6th must book entire week.
