We had an excellent experience overall and would highly recommend renting from Joanne. Originally, we had rented an RV through the Outdoorsy website, but our reservation was canceled just a day before our departure. Luckily, we found Joanne's trailer here. She was absolutely wonderful! Joanne responded quickly to all our questions, and the trailer was clean and exactly as described.
