Two cities located near Little Pee Dee State Park are Charlotte, North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina. If you will be heading from Charlotte, start the route by getting onto US-74 E/E Independence Expy. Continue on E Independence Expy and then take US-74 BYP, US-74 E, and US-501 S to NC-130 E/E Main St in Rowland. Continue on NC-130 E. Take Arnette Rd and State Park Rd to Park Access Rd in Dillon County to arrive at the destination.
If you will be heading from Charleston, start the route by getting onto I-26 W. Follow I-26 W and I-95 N to SC-38 E in Dillon County then take Exit 181A from I-95 N. Take SC-917 S to Park Access Rd to arrive at the destination.
