- > Absolutely, no smoking in the camper. Any violation will incur a cleaning/fumigating charge of $250. > Pets allowed: $15 additional pet fee assessed per night.
- > You must allow us 30 minutes prior to the given checkout time to unhook and remove the unit from the campground. Example: If checkout time is 11:00 we ask you be packed up by 10:30.
- > Pets allowed: For pets up to 45 pounds, $25 additional pet fee assessed per stay. Pets over 45 pounds, $30 per stay.
- > A starter set of RV rated toilet tissue, napkins, paper towels, and other items are complimentary. Linens available upon request at no charge unless you want to bring your own linens.
- > We are not responsible for items left in the unit. We will return lost items at the renters expense.

Excellent communication from the very beginning and checked on us during the trip to make sure everything was okay. They provide EVERYTHING including sheets and bath towels, chairs, etc. You literally just bring food and clothes. The camper is comfortable and the blackout shades were a nice touch being that we were at a location without trees for shade. I would highly recommend renting from Scott!

Scott and his wife provided the most accommodating RV experience my family has experienced thus far. Set-up was completed prior to our arrival, making the surprise for the kids even more exciting. The RV was spacious, clean, and loaded with everything from cookware and seasonings, to chairs, board games, and even a bbq pit. Which was also setup prior to our arrival making dinner that night smooth.
