- This is a NON-smoking camper, and Flushable wipes ARE NOT permitted as this will cause damage to the camper. Failure to comply with these 2 rules will result in total loss of the security deposit.
- Renters are responsible to book a campsite that can accommodate a 37' camper with 50-amp, sewer and water hookups. Prior exceptions can be made if unable to be onsite for a walk-through.
- Renters must be onsite within 15 minutes of the agreed upon arrival to complete the Walk-Through of the Camper. Late Check-Ins are subject to a $75/hour fee, unless prior exceptions agreed w/owners.
- If you wish to use the awning, you are accepting full liability if any damages occur. You are required to close it when not using it or away from the camper, as well as, during windy and rainy days.
- We require that you return the camper to the condition in which it was left for you. There are cleaning supplies for you to use. Please refer to our Welcome Guide in the Camper for additional info.

We just got home from vacation in this RV. First, let me tell you Sarah is very prompt in any and all questions you ask. That was so nice to have someone answer questions right away.
The camper/RV was beautifully decorated and had lots of extras like (soap, towels, toliet paper) etc... My husband liked cooking outside if we cooked but that was rare since we were with a large party of about 20.
Had a great experience! Delivery and pick up was so easy. The camper is beautiful and my family would definitely rent from them again!

My RV from RVshare got cancelled at 6:30 PM the day before I was supposed to go on vacation. Sarah W. Was instrumental in getting me into her camper in 3 hours.
