- Camper must be returned clean if the clean fee we not selected or the clean fee will be charged in full.
- Waste tanks must be dumped if waste tank dumping wasn't selected. Same goes for any other fee not selected
- Pets are allowed, however if additional cleaning is need for pet hair, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
- Any special trip made out to renter at their request will be charged $2.50/mile
- A late fee of $100/hr will will be charge if camper is returned late.

Another excellent experience with Spencer! Had it delivered, which went pretty smooth. Trailer was not heavily stocked for cooking, but we communicated before hand, so I knew what to expect. Will definitely rent from him in the future.
