Our 2017 RV is 31 feet long and pretty much brand new. You will have plenty of sleeping accommodations with a queen in the bedroom, 2 twin bunkbeds (with TV in each bunk), an over-cab bed, pullout sofa, and conversion dinning table. There is also LED lighting, and an out door entertainment system with tv and stereo.

Alicia always responded quickly and answered any questions I had! The rv ran great, all the amenities ran great! My last rv experience the a/c didn’t run well and the refrigerator didn’t get cold until 24hrs into our trip. In Alicia’s RV the a/c worked amazing! Also having the refrigerator freezing cold upon arrival and staying cold was amazing!
Alicia was incredibly accommodating and gracious, even with our need for late pick-up and early return. She and her husband gave us a thorough overview of all the RV functions and amenities. It was a great experience, even with unexpected wind-caused damage to a window. The RV was beautiful and made our group trip even more enjoyable!

Easy laid back experience
We had an awesome experience! Pick up and drop off went smoothly. The owners were very helpful and accommodating for our pick up and drop off schedule. They were kind and polite and so easy to work with. The RV had all the amenities we need for our fun weekend. they also had the most affordable price! We will definitely highly recommend it!
