2012 Fleetwood RV - Jamboree 31N
This RV is 31 ft long but still easy to drive and so smooth. It offers cruise control, cameras on the rear and side mirrors, power leveling jacks, power retractable entry steps, and tons of storage! It has a powered retractable TV overcab that can be watched in bed or while cozy on the couch or eating at dinette. Outdoor entertainment center is Bluetooth capable and puts out great sound.

I am an Air Force Veteran and finally made it to a point that I can own an RV and be able to share it with YOU! I have 2 kids, a Dalmatian and 2 cats who all love glamping. I personally remodeled my RV to make it more modern and cozy inside. I'm hoping to one day expand my fleet because I love hosting and treating people to amazing vacations they'll never forget.

Rules & Policies
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Fuel levels will be returned with the same amount rented. Propane will be refilled to the same upon rental return. All waste tanks need to be emptied.
- Doors and windows will be closed if a campfire is lit within the vicinity.
- Pets must be pre-approved and will be kenneled if left alone in the RV.
- Travel to Mexico is prohibited. Only toilet paper goes into the toilet. Please do not put any other sanitary items or any kind of wipe in toilet. Toilet paper provided!
- Strict pickup and dropoff times set at 6:00 pm during the weekdays. Weekends are flexible if confirmed in advance. Unattended pickup/dropoff available upon request.
RV is parked on the street in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking for your vehicles. Located near the mall and next to large grassy retention area for field games.
Pet fee is for standard cleaning and lodging only. It does not include any damages that may be caused by your fur baby. Up to 2 pets (dog and cat friendly) are allowed that may not be over 50 pounds each. Prior approval needed. Fee is non-refundable. Pets must be kenneled if left...
