It’s has a ton of storage and plenty of space to hangout with 2 theater relining chairs, cozy fire place, and indoor/outdoor bluetooth surround sound speakers. Sleeping for 8-10 people. Separate outside door to bathroom, large pantry and fold up bunk bed for large storage items.
