This rental experience was less than satisfactory. The moment we opened the camper the issues started. The camper was soaking wet on the inside, with extreme water damage to the table (it was warped and moldy) and there was no hose for water hook up. When we contacted Michael he replied "whoever cleaned it must have left the windows open" and that they would drop off a hose.
Michael is very easy to deal with every thing we needed time and place of delivery and time of pickup was perfect and simple the camper was clean and everything was in working order I definitely recommend Michael
The Heartland Mallard is quite nice and is spacious - spacious enough for 4 adults to enjoy comfortably. Exception to that is the bunk bed cove - great for kids who can climb - but without a ladder or stepstool (none provided), we were unable to use the beds for beds though it made for extra storage for our suitcases. There is no TV (didn't matter for us but it is an amenity that is listed).
