Had a great time. RV was very clean and comfortable. My home away from home. I received updates on delivery and they were right on time. Very friendly and wanted to make sure everything was ready for me. Highly recommend!
Renting from Michael was a complete disaster. His communication was non existent prior to the trip and on the scheduled day of the rental. My family with small children was stuck waiting outdoors, at the campsite for Michael for more than 4 hours with no communication on his part. He did not answer texts, phone calls, or messages on the RV Share app.
None of what is posted in this review is even near accurate. We have a 99.6% 5 star review rating across our 55 RV's, and never, ever have we no-showed on a renter. This customer sent my driver away when he arrived, on the date of delivery, on time.
