Michael was very quick to respond with all my questions. He provided me with all the information I needed. My original RV was not available due to the condition another renter left it, so he informed me that I will have another one, with an upgrade. It was a little bigger than I needed but he didn't leave me stranded. I recommend they create a booklet on how to use the RV, that will be helpful.
