RV was FULLY READY for the trip. Everything was included. Water, gas, propane tanks were full. Cleaned inside and out. Owner was ready to answer any question on short notice. I will definitely rent again from him if ever need RV of this size. I was not driving this size of van for many years and was impressed its drivability and great gas mileage.
We rented “Freedom” for a festival in the Poconos. It ended up raining a lot over the weekend so having it as a shelter was priceless. 3 people were easily accommodated. All of the amenities worked flawlessly. We especially loved the pop up bed it was very cozy.
Chris was incredibly easy to communicate with and was very nice. I hope we are able to rent Freedom again in the future.

Chris was great, easy to work with and flexible! The van was perfect in every way!
Cute camper but was more dirty than I expected on delivery. Paid extra for delivery when reserved the camper then after the trip was over the owner tried to charge bogus additional fees. Paid over $1,000 just to use the camper for really one night. Not the best experience.

I'm sorry to hear about your concerns. I want to clarify that the delivery and pickup fees for your RV rental were communicated upfront, especially given the location at the edge of our delivery radius. These fees align with our posted policies and were discussed prior to finalizing the rental.
Not only was everything smooth. The vehicle was clean and my kids absolutely loved every minute of it. If your looking for an RV that is easy to drive and can park just about anywhere minus parking garages this vehicle was great for the 4 of us.
