- No smoking allowed
- While away from the camper for long periods, or during severe weather/high winds, the awning needs to be retracted to protect it from damage. Please watch the weather forecast!
- Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed. We will charge a fee to clean/deodorize. Remember, our children play and sleep here too!
- Please follow all printed instructions. We are available to answer questions should they arise. Please put things back into their proper place prior to checkout.
- No roof access for the camper and NO ONE should be on the roof for any reason.
We do welcome fur-babies. We have them too! We humbly ask that pets be limited to two, do not shed, claw or chew on our furniture and are no more that 25lbs. Be warned: dogs and cats that have separation anxiety tend to scratch at screen doors! NO smoking/vaping/drugs allowe...
