Camper was a back up unit by owner due to first unit not working correctly! Owner mentioned there was a few bugs due to a season but once we arrived we realized it was more than a few. Spend the first two hours of our trip trying to remove the bugs which ended up being an all weekend fight which none of the other campers near us experienced (stink bugs)...
Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We are actively working to correct the lighting issue and appreciate you making us aware of it. The back door does close securely and can be locked. Regarding the stink bugs, we are investigating potential entry points and working to identify and address any areas of concern.
Pick up and delivery was easy, and on time and Allison responded immediately with any request. The camper came with everything you needed
What impressed us most was how easy the entire process was, from reservation to pickup and return. The owner took the time to explain everything, making us feel comfortable even though it was our first RV rental. The trip went smoothly, and the RV gave us the freedom to explore while enjoying all the comforts of home. We will be using Alison again! Thank you so much!
Allison was great to work with, really enjoyed my experience.
Thank you for your great review! You and your family were awesome! Tell my little buddy thank you for all his help settings up the camper :)
