Overall, a positive experience. Suggestions for improvement:
1) create a laminated set of instructions for operating the RV's equipment and how to leave the RV.
2) add a filter to the line connecting water to the RV
3) fix the 3-way valve for the water supply. Because it was broken, we had to use tank water, instead of bypassing the tank and use city water directly.
This was our first experience renting an RV, and we had a wonderful experience. The amenities in the RV were exactly what we were looking for. The couch and dinette seating were very comfortable, our son loved the loft area, and we enjoyed sitting under the awning as we relaxed in nature.
We had a great rental experience with James! The camper was set up and ready when we arrived and just as described. James provided helpful information for troubleshooting any potential issues and was very communicative. The added WiFi was a nice bonus since it is usually spotty at campgrounds.
