The bedroom is at the back of the coach and with a large slide-out offers plenty of space and privacy. There is a super comfy brand-new queen bed with plenty of room to walk around on both sides, cabinets overhead, and a hanging closet as well.

- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect.
- If something is not working do not attempt to fix it. Notify the owner right away.
