We had a wonderful experience. Clark is so spacious and clean. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. Rudy is really nice, and quick to answer our questions. We're so thankful!
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect.
- If something is not working do not attempt to fix it. Notify the owner right away.
- No music festivals
A complete walk-through of Clark will be provided with each Rental including how everything works and little tips! Please plan for a 30-minute walk through at time of pick up.
