- No Smoking / Vapping, or drugs allowed - This is a drug free and non-smoking trailer. Any signs of drugs of any kind smoking, will result in a $1000 fee. Illegal drugs will be reported to authorities.
- Post Trip Cleaning fee: If the RV is not returned clean, there will be a $150 charge, for the first hour, then $75 per hour after. Billed by the hour.
- We are Pet friendly - Dogs or Cats only with a maximum of 2 pets. Any damage including biological damage will result in loss of your deposit.
- Tank Cleaning Fee: If the blank or gray tanks have not been emptied and cleaned, you will be charged a $150 tank cleaning service fee.
- Late return fee: There is a $25 late for for every hour the RV is not returned past the specified returned time.

The RV was perfect for me. I rented it for a work event that took me from AZ to Southern CA, up to Northern CA, and back.
First time renting an RV and will be the last. Found out that the rental is all just a scam to get things purchased and repaired for someone else's personal RV. Had a blow out on a tire on the second day and had to pay $1300 out my own pocket to continue on with my trip.

I apologize you had a bad experience, I try in making every trip a great experience. I have my RV inspected every mouth from a certified RV technician and any defects or recommendations are fixed at that time. I also take feed back from my renters and have any issues inspected and repaired upon return.
What a great experience in this RV! Theon was prompt with communication and the RV was a fun time! We went up the Pacific Coast to San Francisco and had a blast in this rig!
