- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Must have a proper vehicle, tow hitch (available for rent), and trailer brake system (available for rent) to rent this trailer (see guidebook).
- Awning: Retract the awning in windy environments. Do not leave the awning extended while unattended or overnight.
- Festivals: Festivals including but not limited to Burning Man are prohibited
- Fire Pit: Please check with the campsite to see if they allow firepits. Follow all rules and directions regarding fires. Owner is not responsible for damage or injury by the firepit and or its use.
- Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited within the rental. Smoking in or around the trailer will subject the renter to loss of security deposit, in addition to the cost associated with repairs.
