- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Do not use a lot of toilet paper in toilet. It will get clogged.
- Bring awning in every night, or if leaving trailer unattended. Wind can pickup quick and cause damage to awning.
- Sweep floor, clean out fridge, empty trash, and wipe down any messes to avoid any extra charges.
